Powershell Script to change permission of HKCU registry and make it read only permission for the user.

Hi,

Is it possible to change the Permission of the registry hive " HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Canon"  from full control to Read only permission with the help of the Powershell Script.

Please advise how to achieve that..
