-ConfigPath not working

Hello,

I am trying to execute the following script but I keep getting the following error...

ERROR: Unable to locate environment configuration

SCRIPT: powershell d:\util\ControlM\DEV\Tools\Wrapper.ps1 -ConfigPath D:\WW\environment\DEV\test.config  -Environment DEV-Country NA

The config is there, so I am not sure if my syntax is off.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
