Script to completely uninstalled custom Metro app from windows 10 devices

Hello,

I have installed a custom universal app using  DISM.EXE/ONLINE/ADD-PROVISIONEDAppxPackage command and it get installed on devices for all user but now I need to uninstalled this app completely from device for all users such that it will removed from settings->Apps& feature and start menu of windows 10 also.
