Rename Computer using Powershell fails with cannot establish WMI connection

I am trying to rename computer using powershell script which takes remote session of DC controller and tries to rename computer.

Script is failing with error - "Cannot establish WMI connection to computer (this is name of PC which is going to be renamed)". RPC server is not available.

Please note below ports are opened for Bi-directional communication between client and domain controller -

1. 5985 - WINRM

2. 135

3. 139

Any idea how to troubleshoot this issue? Is there something else that need to be enable in the Firewall to make powershell script work to rename computes?
