How do I find the Delegated Administrators in Sharepoint

I am writing a report for managment that I hope to run as a Powershell script.

One of the items they want is a list of Delegated Administrators for the SharePoint Central Administration site.

In the CU this list can be found under Site Settings - People and Groups - Delegated Administrators.

I have been able to script Owners, Secondary Contacts and Members of the "Farm Administrators" group.

But the Delegated Administrators group has eluded me so far.
