Windows 2008 r2 task scheduler 0x0

I have a powershell script that exports some attributes from AD accounts and creates a file.  That file then gets copied to a remote server.  When I run the script manually from Powershell, the script works perfectly.  If I schedule the task in Windows Task Scheduler, it says the task completed successfully.  However, the file never gets copied or created.  Here is the screenshot of the last run results.
