Script does not copy files larger than 2GB, can anyone help me?

Using this command in a backup script, the following error occurs:

Exception when calling "ReadAllBytes" with "1" argument (s): "The file is too long. This operation currently supports files smaller than 2 gigabytes."

Can someone help me?
