Fetch list of AcceptMessageFrom from all Distribution Lists

Hi,

I have two requirements,

1. 

I want to fetch the list of members of AcceptMessagesOnlyFrom from all Distribution Lists in my organization.

I am looking for single script which will give me these details.

2.

I want to know that how many of Distribution Lists have EnabledRequire that all senders are authenticated  in my organization.
