Cross Domain Group Nesting

I'm working in a large AD environment with a root domain with several sub-domains.  I am doing an analysis of groups with cross domain sub-groups and members.  Looking for a script that will show me the nesting structure of a group with cross domain sub-groups.  I have found a couple scripts that work in a single domain, but break down when dealing with cross domain nested groups.
