Creating new Aliases for all users and future users in O365

Hi,

I posted this in Office 365 forums and was guided here.

I am trying to find a method to create Alias for all users in Exchange Online.

I would like it to be in the format of First letter of first name and then surname.

For example a user called John Test would be Jtest@domain.com

Is there a command/script that can be run to set this up that would apply to all users and future users that would create an email alias under this scheme?
