Hi,
I'm using a laptop with Windows 8.1. At home I use the wifi, at work I use a USB network adapter. I want to create a PowerShell script that will configure a few registry keys (IE proxy settings) based on my active IP address.
I know how to configure the registry keys, but have not yet been able to properly determine my IP address and execute additional commands based on that. I have been working with the Get-NetIPAddress cmdlet, but no joy...
I actually already have a .vbs script doing this, but I want to convert this into a PowerShell script.
Can somebody point me in the right direction?
Thanks!
Ashley.
