Run Blat from Powershell in Task Scheduler

I am running windows 7 and have a script that includes a blat command.  It works fine when run manually but won’t send the email when setup in a scheduled task.  Has anyone had success with this similar issue?  I have tried all forms of ways to get this to work and frustrated now hoping someone can shed light to make it work.  Thank you.
