Hide return text if returnvalue -eq 0

Hi,

I have what is probably a dumb question. I just want to know if it is possible to hide the "returnvalue" if it's a 0. As shown in the image my output is always this. I only want to know if its anything but a 0, can this be done? I'm very new to PowerShell and not sure what I need to google.
