Clone VM script to change servername/sql instances/sharepoint

Hi Guys,

Im looking for a easy why to change the computername after i cloned a machine..

For Example i clone a machine with sql and sharepoint on it..

Then when i booted the machine i need to change instance name in sql..

Then i need to change computername with command for sharepoint then in central admin i need to rename computername in alternate acces mapping

Then i need to change computername and reboot....

I need to perform these actions A LOT! for testmachine's :( there should be a faster way to get this done anyone suggestions??
